Clarification of SONY 5.1 Channel
Dear Sir
I have a clarification and can you clear it to me :
Recently I bought a Home Theatre Sony 5.1 Channel, & I am using NIKAI TELEVISON :
01. My TV has 3 HDMI Option (but without ARC) & no option for OPTICAL OPTION OUT
02. My Home Theatre Sony has 1 with ARC & OPTICAL (Model # HT-S500RF)
My question is : is it possible I can connect from my TV HDMI Normal (without ARC) to Home Theatre HDMI with ARC – it will work 5.1 with good perfection or not (if not : what device I have to buy like ARC AUDIO EXTRACTOR etc…)

New home theatre installation
Hai very bad experience from sony demo technical teem.no time commitment.they are looking like customer are bagger.so many times calling from customers side.there is no movement.....it's very bad behaviour from total sony teem also.i did buy my home theatre last 5 days before..still I am not unboxing. because of warranty reason.so I feed very very bad experience from sony...........

Delivered damaged system Home theatre
Pendrive slought damaged.Does not cover under warranty.was delivered on 13.9 The pendrive slought was used recently first time.Complained to company after inspection Engineer told it can be repaired on chargeable basis only he was not ready to repair under warranty as it was delivered in tht condition onlythe company should take responsibility.
Bad perfomance of home theatre sony
I bought this product because of hearing good quality sound in the showroom ,but I fitted in my home performance is very bad ..I don't know the reason..pls clarify.main is sub woofers is not working properly...
