Very surprising that Sony gives display warantee only for one year unlike others who give more than 3 years. My K4 TV Sony bravia display blurred with stripes within 2 years of purchase. when contacted Sony, I was connected to a dealer named Hitech Services in Mumbai.
These guys replaced the display panel costing me 28,000/ (almost 40 % of cost of TV). There was no GST bill given by dealer stating system not working. There was no evidence given which would demonstrate that they actually replaced the display with new original component and not repaired. More so I thought that the cost they charged for display itself was too high, look like no control of Sony on its authorized dealers. There was no feedback call nor follow up from Sony after i made complain.

Dear sir I got a problem in my Sony Bravia 42 inches smart TV bearing Sr no.3356372 as only sound was coming and there was no picture on the screen. I took it to Sony authorised service center ( modern electronics sco 2650 Balwant complex Gill road Ludhiana Punjab on 18/9/18. They told me that they will investigate the cause in 5 days and me receipt in form of reservation ID009100002718091800193. After 4 days I got a call from service centre that main board and LED screen of TV is faulty and it will cost 22000 RS .
I had purchased the TV 3 years back in 2015. Complete set becoming defective in just 3 years of such a reputed brand is beyond imagination.
Most hurting part is that rather than being ashamed that tv has become defective in just short span of time of 3 years they are arguing that your tv will become new as all the parts will be replaced in just Rs 22000 /- . PL intervene and decrease the cost of repair of the unit.

I have a one TV set and 2 smartphone which is manufactured by Sony India.
I was a very proud and privileged customer of sony india. But after a recent incident and my experience with sony product and customer support service i am totally disheartened and disappointed. My annoyance with sony india is beyond any explanation and words.
I was purchase xperia xa1 on 21 may 2017. After 1 month phone have a touch problem in Upper sife of phone. Then i submit phone in sunrise service center,ahmedabad They give me a time 7 days to repair my phone. But they could not do it and they take 31 working days and that days was very though for me because nowadays without phone, human can't live a single day.
Again within 2 week, same touch problem was occurring on my phone. It was 2nd time then I was submit my phone in your service centre again they can't prove their promises so I must started many calls in your customer care and many times visited services centre. finally after 22 days later they give me my phone with replacement.
Again within a 6 month, my phone touch screen doesn't work properly now it's 3rd time then I go for your service centre to submit my phone so it gives true avoidance of your company's bad services that's why I suffered lots of problems.
I have paid 20000 for the mobile. It's a huge amount for me. I request to you refund my money on priority Base otherwise replace my phone with another Sony products and I am ready to pay difference from my pocket.
I hope you take some action regarding my complaint and I request to you gave me response within 24 hours because my phone is on your service centre and I will wait your response very soon in this regard.

Service centre tech/ Engg not qualified persons and the qualification is 10th class , age is 15 to 17 old.
They do not know how to find out the fault . Technician/ Engineer came to customer place and explain the status to service centre over phone . Then technician will tel what was the fault ( defective Part ).

We just buy it before 2 years and when I call customer for the service they said warranty period is completed. Sir when we go to buy product your representative promised and gave many wrong information about product. They said nothing is happening for up to 10 years to screen and many moremails and we believed them and buy such costly brand products. But later when such issue comes at that time they behave like that we are bagger. It's humble to listen such words. Cus
Technician told that new panel has to be installed and it's cost is too much. I can't decide what to do.

Dear sir,
I have a one TV set and 2 smartphone which is manufactured by Sony India.
I was a very proud and privileged customer of sony india. But after a recent incident and my experience with sony product and customer support service i am totally disheartened and disappointed. My annoyance with sony india is beyond any explanation and words.
I was purchase xperia xa1 on 21 may 2017. After 1 month phone have a touch problem in Upper sife of phone. Then i submit phone in sunrise service center,ahmedabad They give me a time 7 days to repair my phone. But they could not do it and they take 31 working days and that days was very though for me because nowadays without phone, human can't live a single day.
Again within 2 week, same touch problem was occurring on my phone. It was 2nd time then I was submit my phone in your service centre again they can't prove their promises so I must started many calls in your customer care and many times visited services centre. finally after 22 days later they give me my phone with replacement.
Again within a 6 month, my phone touch screen doesn't work properly now it's 3rd time then I go for your service centre to submit my phone so it gives true avoidance of your company's bad services that's why I suffered lots of problems.
I have paid 20000 for the mobile. It's a huge amount for me. I request to you refund my money on priority Base otherwise replace my phone with another Sony products and I am ready to pay difference from my pocket.
I hope you take some action regarding my complaint and I request to you gave me response within 24 hours because my phone is on your service centre and I will wait your response very soon in this regard.
Here I can provide some data regarding my problems at below who can be proved my honestly.

Its been a horrible experience with your customer support team. Either they dont know the meaning of pro activeness or they are least bothered about the customers. I have raised an issue on 23rd april on email [to: Sonyindia [dot] care [at] ap [dot] sony [dot] com] and its not yet resolved. Nobody is even able to find out what the problem is. Never expected such service from Sony atleast.

I have bought Sony Bravia 40 inch TV
2 month back, when put tv on there only audio and no videos seen. So i called sony customer care centre. They send technician who said it TV screen display not working, so we ordered tv display which arrived after 15 days. After fitting display, there is videos seen, the problem is not solve. Now technician is saying that there is problem in circuit and not in display, need to replace the circuit.
I request to Sony TV and helpline team to arrange a expert engineer so solve the problem and don't send unskilled person to repair tv
