Complaint Regarding Urban Cruiser Service Issue
I bought an Urban Cruiser Car on August 2022 registration Number: UPXXDJXXXX. I have been completing the car services on time (from Espirit Toyota Sector 8, Noida, Uttar Pradesh). Last time I completed the annual car service was in August 2024 and the car has run around 12000 KM only. Also the car is under warranty and I have also taken an extended warranty for 3 years.
When I was travelling on 15-November-2024, my car was stuck in the middle of the highway, I was not able to change the gear.
I called the RSA (they took 3 hours for the tow although it was only 10 KM away from the main city) and the car was towed to the service center at Uttam Toyota, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
I was told today that the gear box is not having any gear oil and is worn out and it will take 1 month to fix the problem. He also said that I need to bear the expenses for the service.
I could not understand even after servicing the car at an authorized service center, how can the gear box be dry and work out.
Complaint regarding worst service of prince Toyota andaman
My brothers Car registration number AN01S8448 was given at Prince Toyota Andaman & Nicobar islands 1 month before as it met with an accident and the front part was damaged and hence the insurance was claimed but on the date of delivery I found that my rear bumper was damaged by a staff of service team and we were not even informed and they started to rectify it and paint it without our knowledge. Therefore we found that the whole body is getting painted in the paint chamber , we even clicked photos and asked as of what is the need of full body paint work but there was no reply from the manager except an apology letter from the service team. The vehicle is still on warranty but we don’t expect this kind of service..we will not take the delivery of our vehicle we need team Toyota India to look into this matter at most priority and we would expect a better service or Atleast honesty. And we seek justice and compensation for what we have lost of our new car
Regarding the damage of the steering wheel rack
We are a Loyal Toyota customer from past 13 years recently we bought new Innova crysta zx automatic on 02/04/2022 . Vehicle had only ran nearly about 17000 kms and now there is a problem in the steering wheel when given to service they informed us that there is some oil leakage’s in the steering wheels rack near the boot part and because of it we totally need to change that part and it’s is nearly about 36000 . They even said this part doesn’t comes under the warranty and we need to purchase it. After paying 30 lakhs is this the quality we get I don’t think the Toyota is maintaining it’s old quality not even a year and half there is so much expenses in the vehicle what’s the use of paying so much price if we don’t get any quality and vehicles have repair only in the second year

In guntur showroom is closed where can I give for service its already 30k kms Cross what the innova management is doing so many vehicles are there in guntur n vijayawada but the showrooms closed
