Check in Luggage not found

I traveled New York to Beijing and Beijing to New Delhi.
My luggage didn't find.
Day after yesterday I got call from office they will send my luggage when it will arrive.
Till now my luggage didn't received and nobody picking my call.
I'm in trouble.
My Road bike and all luggage in that..
Even don't hv clothes to change.
My event was on Sun and missed because of Air China.
I am in big loss...
I couldn't participated in event because of Air China.

I want to book Air china flight for my Daughter who is studying in CHINA, & now she is coming on vacation in January 2019 and will return back in March 2019.
