Money not received while using axis bank ATM but balance deducte

I am saving account holder in Bank of Baroda e-Dena Bank located at khata No. 367 khasr, shahpur bamheta, G.T road, gautam buddha nagar, uttar pradesh- 201009 (IFSC code: BKDN0720753).
On 5th may 2020, I was using Axis bank's ATM located at G.T road near shiv mandir, gautam buddha nagar, uttar pradesh- 201009 ATM ID (APCN09550) at around 05:00 pm to withdraw Rs. 10,000 from my account. The first 2 transactions failed and i immediately got a credit message and i tried again and I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 10,000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. There after I went to some other atm to dispense cash and it was successful transaction and it is now 15 days but no action is taken by Bank.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Regarding fee payment

This is to inform you that employees of your bijnor branch are really careless and irresponsible. Because of them my fees is not paid and they will charge fine due to that.

I have submitted my check on thursday with slip and they have not yet registered it on that day neither they have done it on friday.
Rather than they are calling me on monday and still not confirming it and solving my issues. They are not even responding it properly.
Its important for me but they are linent towards it. And today after 7 that too after office hours they are saying that your fees is not yet paid so bring the slip again and many more silly reasons.
They are dening for having a conversation with me especially DIVYA JAIN of bijnor branch.

I request you to take an action to this and please keep a check on your staff that how they are dealing with the customers.

So we are not the servants of anybody and I have been treated very badly with axix bank's eployee whose name is Atul And Also Branch's Wise Manager from the Branch

Net Banking

Tax payments are very slow and if more than one payment is to be made the second payment hangs for ever and you have to close the window and re open again. OTP is received instantly but when the same is entered for authentication it takes ages to complete and today after a couple of minutes the window displayed "OTP expired- go to OTP on call option" but the problem is not with getting the OTP but the same authenticating the transaction when entered. I switched over to Axis Bank as I found IOBs net banking to be very slow but now I feel IOB is a lot better. Please do something about the speed of operation.

I blocked the Atm but now I want to unblock Atm

I had received physical copy

I had received physical copy of the statement for the period 14/12/2017-12/01/2018 and payment of Rs 501 which was legally payable by me was paid. Only today I have received statement for the period 14/02/2018-13/03/2018 and Rs 5334 which is legally payable will be paid immediately. However I have not received statement for the period 13/01/2018-13/02/2018 and therefore the question of making any payment for the said period does not arise. I was regularly getting physical copies of the statements for more ten years and payments were regularly made without any problems. However since last three/ four months the physical copies of the statements from your bank are either not received or received very late on account of which there is delay in making the payments. The late charges and interest are levied which being illegal and unjustified have not accepted by me and therefore not paid. You are requested to settle matter at your end.
