On 4th Sep 2021 I made a payment of Rs. 50000/- through CRED from my ICICI savings account for my ICICI Bank credit card. But 1 transaction only succeeded another transaction failed. The amount got debited twice from the ICICI a/c and payment is not reflecting in my ICICI credit card, till now.

Payment dispute using CredPay

On 1st July I tried 3 payments (worth 982 each ) on FirstCry using CredPay option that was enabled then. 2 of those I paid using my scb credit card and 1 with hdfc.
All these 3 txns were cancelled by merchant and later credpay was removed as payment option from FirstCry.
I can still see 3 txns as debited/outstanding in my card. Please reverse the amount back to my card

This is the third time asking the same query with 3 different person and still not getting any satisfactory answer from any one of your side. Yesterday I apply for a loan from CRED and as per the policy it shows that loan amount must be credited without any hassle in customer account but still the amount is not credited to my bank account its being more than 24 hrs. have paid rent1,00,000- on 25-08-2021 from Hdfc credit Card but amount is not yet credited into Landlord account and in notifications hdfc has given written confirmation as transaction is completed. It seems amount is amount hold. Could you please push amount into lanlord account immediately.

Amount not credited in my credit card

I have paid credit card payments 30,00/- and 3248/-on 31-07-2021 from cred app but amount is not yet credited into my credit card account and in notifications it's showing as amount is settled. I have submitted my bank statement for confirmation as transaction is completed. Could you please push amount into my credit card avlable in cred account immediately for this issue i ovedue my payment and charges apply amount 499/- and request you to overcum my charges which is because of your team.I really appreciate your team if you can do this immediately on high priority. In this covid situation, if you introduce features in live without testing, this will create bad impression on cred app. customers will struggle a lot whoever use this app due to this delays.Thanks & Regards,

MAINTENANCE PAYMENT NOT CREDITED IN LANDLORD'S ACCOUNT

I have made transaction Rs.20310/ - on 06/08/2021 from cred app using my icici bank credit card, The whole amount is deducted from my card but not yet credited into Landlord account,It means the whole amount is stuck with cred,Now I have an humble request to you, kindly send the complete amount in landlord's account as soon as possible.

I would like to say that yesterday I have paid a rent of rs 80000. Through cred app using my hdfc bank credit card. Still it not credit to my land Lord account. But in notification it shows that money has been credit to land Lord account. Kindly help me to process the amount of priority.
