sir cred ka toll free no hona chahiye customer ki quary ko solve nahi ho pa rahi hai customer ke trust ke liye unki quary solve honi chahiye aur kisi comment ka reply bhi nahi aa raha hai

My first experience with cred is hilarious I made a payment of Twenty one thousand rupees through your app and after
completing the transaction I got a msg and watsup msg also stating for successful payment of my credit card and but soon after the message I get another message saying that my payment towards my credit card is failed and amount refund with in 5 working days.

Will this amount be refunded or not ??

Why no any Customer service no available??

I had paid credit card bill through Cred App on 24 March 2021. But it is not yet reflected on the Credit Card Statement and the concerned bank is continuously asking for payment. Card details are as follows: Bank Name - SBI, Last 4 Digit of Card Number - *xxxx*, Payment Made on 24 March 2021, Amount - 22,486 INR, Payment Status on the App - Successful.
Please look into this on an urgent basis.

Can I get any proper reply either on call or on mail, everywhere only system generated mail & messages. I got frustrated as I make payment & it failed , in app it's showing refund complete but yet I didn't get in my account.
Nither am getting reply on what's app(it's everytime showing to download the cred app)
Nor on mail(on mail am getting only a system generated mail).
Please do resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Rent amount not credited land holders account ,amount directed from my credit card today ,rent amount is 5000

As per RBI Guideline , there must be phone number and Payment app must setup call center to facilitate user complaint , no phone number means this app must be ban from the Google App Store

I tried to contact their customer care but all the numbers are showing switched off then I mailed on support team of cred they are replying a system generated mail and asking me for installing cred app to resolve my query. I messaged on their watsup number also but it again sending me a link to download the cred app. I tried for 1 hours, searched every were but I didn't get a proper solution where I contact with cred. so I deleted the app and writing my first experience with the cred here. hope my query get resolved faster.

Rent amount not received in landlord account
Rent amount debited from card but not received in landlord account more than 5 days completed. But in transaction history it displayed as transferred to landlord account. Kindly transfer the amount immediately to my landlord account.
