Complaint Regarding Fake TCs

I found some fake TCs in tran Kharagpur - Ranchi MEMU at Bishnupur Junction at 6:40 AM on 15th March, 2019. When I asked them about their identity cards ( IDs ), they sold that they will not show their ID proofs and do whatever I could.

When I enquired about them from the general monthly going passenger, they told me that they are used to see them, which only means that they are looting the passenger everyday.

So I Request The Respective Officers To Enquire The Matter Once.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that today we are travelling from Punjab to Allahabad & seat was reserved for both the routes. We get resrved seats punjab to delhi but after that from Anand vihar stn to Allahabad we didn't get seat even we reserved. Other side people seated there without ticket even not bought general ticket.
What is this? Even the TTE also said that I'll see but nobody came here n we didn't feel comfortable even for seatd.
Kindly check make our journey comfortable as we have paid on urgent basis.Even I tried to call you bit nobody picked up call.
