NOW THIS LETTER OF INDEMNITY witnesses that in consideration of your agreeing to issue fresh units in the name of the
applicant/s comprising the aforesaid ________ units held by the deceased Shri/Smt/Kum______________________________
and to pay the dividends accrued and to accrue thereon to the said applicant/s. We the Executants hereof (viz. the aforesaid
applicant/s and the surety/sureties) hereby agree jointly and severally to indemnify and keep indemnified you, the UTI Mutual
Fund/SU-UTI, your successors and assigns from and against all costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages or injuries that you
may pay, suffer or incur by reason of your issuing fresh units in the name/s of the applicant/s and paying to him/her/them the
dividends accrued and to accrue thereon hereafter.
