Refund Issues

I have booked my flight ticket on 17th May 2023 and airline had cancelled the flight. I have initiated the refund and it was done from Airline (Spicejet) side. Horrible customer service from paytm side no proper reply also.

If you want to close your account temporarily or permanently , you have to raise complaint (ticket) on paytm money account. After some day chat and questioning paytm money executive will be dis activate permanently or temporarily your account
