Resignation of a Director of UTI Trustee Company Pvt Ltd

Shri Janki Ballabh had resigned from the position of Chairman and Director of UTI Trustee
Company Private Limited from the close of office hours on August 1, 2013.
Accordingly, the reference to Shri Janki Ballabh in all Scheme Documents stand deleted.
This addendum is an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and Scheme
Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of all the Schemes of UTI
Mutual Fund and shall be read in conjunction with the SAI / SID / KIM.
